We started Lakes Doors Architectural because we found the UK market was lacking at providing high end products for design led projects. There was constantly a compromise between design and function where doors could look good or perform well but never both and sometimes neither. Bespoke was an option but the lack of testing and warranties made us and our customers nervous.
There were products out there but no one was importing them so we partnered with Oikos, Silvelox, Garofoli & Barausse to be able to supply and install the very best Europe has to offer in doors.
Lakes Doors Architectural is a family business based in Garstang near Preston. Originally a garage door company, Lakes has moved and expanded into all types of luxury doors and façade systems.
