Antrobus New Hall Farm – Project Details

Likewise with the 2018 NDA’s winner Jura House this property features Silvelox doors. In addition to the Silvelox entrance doors the house also has two Silvelox garage doors. Furthermore we installed Garofoli & Gidea internal doors throughout the house.

Internal Doors

Above all the client wanted the internal doors to site harmoniously with the contemporary elegance of the house. Consequently he wanted something that sat flush with the walls. For this reason Garofoli Filomuro was an obvious choice. Filomuro is a hidden frame flush door with the possibility to go full height, floor to ceiling. Furthermore some key doors were clad with Silvelox panels to give continuity to the garage and entrance doors.

A key feature shown in the photos above is the Gidea G-Like doors. Notably the minimal frames allow light into the hallway and a view of the beautiful landscape outside. Additionally with the door closed the flush Playa handles make a nice feature.

Garage Doors

The large garage sits inline with the front elevation of the house and makes up a big part of the property overall. Therefore it was important for the garage doors to look impressive and harmonious with the rest of the build.

After seeing Silvelox garage doors at our showroom the client decided on these. As with our showroom door he chose the brushed larch finish in RAL 9005 Jet Black. Furthermore the handles and hardware are finished in the same colour to sleek effect.

The garage opening is divided by one large door and one smaller door. Most importantly both doors sit flush creating the effect of one huge door. A noteworthy feature of Silvelox garage doors is the hidden pedestrian door. In this case placed in the smaller door.

Entrance Door

With a view to giving design continuity the entrance door matches the garage doors. Due to the position of the staircase there is a door and flush fixed panel. Neatly, this gives the impression of double doors. Furthermore the front door is class 3 security and highly insulating.
